Democratically elected, the NJASAP Executive Board is comprised of five members who are tasked with managing the Association's internal and representational affairs. Each Board member's duties are outlined in the Association's Bylaws, which are subject to Membership approval.

FO Pedro Leroux was appointed to serve as NJASAP President in late September 2014 and, in 2015, ran unopposed for a three-year term in office as the leader of the PilotsUnite Slate. A dedicated union advocate, Leroux has spent more than a decade working to protect and enhance the professional interests of pilots employed in both the commercial and fractional ownership sectors of the aviation industry. Specifically, prior to accepting employment with NetJets in 2007, he served as part of the Mesaba Master Executive Council. During his seven years of advocacy with NJASAP, he has served as a Compliance Committee member, System Board of Adjustment Chair, and Lead Strategist. | pleroux@njasap.com.

Excel Capt. Paulette Gilbert’s road to NetJets included flight instructing while finishing her undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Management Technology from Arizona State University, flying air attack during fire season on behalf of the U.S. Forest Service, piloting a King Air in the U.S. and Mexico for a real estate developer, and flying on behalf of the Arizona Department of Transportation. Gilbert accepted employment with NetJets in November 2001, when she was hired as a first officer in the Ultra. Her work as a union advocate began in 2009, as a Furlough Outreach Group volunteer. In late 2013, she accepted an invitation to serve as part of the NJASAP Strategic Initiatives Group, focusing on Family Awareness Program development. Not quite a year later, she assumed leadership of the strategy group, and, in December 2014 was appointed to serve as the NJASAP Vice President of Records. She was elected to a full three-year term in April 2015, when she ran unopposed as part of Leroux's PilotsUnite Slate. | pgilbert@njasap.com.

First Officer Jason Layman has served in a variety of capacities throughout his career in professional aviation: In addition to piloting aircraft, he has served as a pilot screener, recruiter and an Initial Operating Experience instructor for pilots flying the Beechcraft Baron, Piper Navajo Chieftain, and Cessna Caravan at AirNet Systems, a Columbus-based cargo charter service. In 2006, Layman accepted an employment offer from NetJets where he currently flies in the left seat of the Citation Excel; he is also qualified in the Learjet. A vigorous Union advocate, he was appointed to serve as a Joint Reimbursement and Compensation Committee member in 2008, putting his master's degree in accounting to work for his fellow NJASAP pilots. In 2013, Layman was elected to serve as the NJASAP Vice President of Records, and in December 2014, he accepted an apointment to serve as the Vice President of Finance. Flight training received in 1992 at Lansing Community College in Michigan would form the foundation of Capt. Robert McIncrow’s career in aviation. Following four years of working as a flight instructor, he transitioned to PSA Airlines, a regional carrier, in 1997, and then to cargo carrier Emery Worldwide Airlines before accepting a position with NetJets Aviation, Inc., in May 2001. During his tenure at the world's leading fractional operation, McIncrow has flown the Citation X, Citation Excel and, since Fall 2007, the Citation Sovereign. He became active in Union affairs in late 2005 when he was appointed to serve as Election Committee chair. Two years later, McIncrow was selected to serve as part of the NJASAP Stewards Council. Since that time, he has also served as chairman of the Scheduling Committee, Furlough Working Group, and Joint Reimbursement and Compensation Committee, and as a member of the Compliance and System Board of Adjustment committees. McIncrow was first elected to serve as part of the NJASAP Executive Board in May 2013, when he ran unopposed for the position of Vice President of Contract Administration.
